effectsaremadeunlikeothercountries.Analyzingmajorissuesforchangestobemade
somehowturnstobecomplexthroughoutthedevelopmentofsociety.Responsibilitiesare
capturedamongtheeffectsofwhatAmericadoestodayrespectively.Andfindingnew
considerationsofthecrisisbeingmadebotheconomicallyandpotentiallyarequitedoubtful.So,
resourcesareeverywheregoingbytheobservationofthesystemofgovernmenttocontrolthe
expenseofthecausesbeingintroducedintimesofestablishingthemainsolutions.Therefore,
thisshouldbecomealawbecauseLWOPisanineffectiveuseofgovernmentfunds,thenumber
ofprisonersandeffectsareincreasingalarmingly,andthenumberoflawshasincreased
resultinginovercriminalization.
Thisbillshouldbecomealawwilleliminatethesentenceoflifewithoutparolefor
nonviolentoffensesbecauseLWOPisanineffectiveuseofgovernmentfunds.TheUnited
StatesofAmericaareinthestruggleofthenumberbeingoutgrowninmanyprisonsfromstates
withissuesintheirprocessoftheeconomicchaos(SentencingJuvenilestoLifeWithoutParole).

prisonershadbeenatrendfordecadeafterdecade.Moredeathpenaltieshavebeenmadeto
lowerthenumberofprisoners(Dieter).Theprisonsarefilledtocapacitybecauseofhowthe
lawsareenforcedasregardsminorcrimes.
ThisbillshouldbecomeLWOPisanineffectiveuseofthenumberofprisonersthatthe
effectsisincreasingalarmingly.Individualswhoareknowntobenonviolentoffenderswithout
parolearesentencedtolifeduetothefactthatmorelawsarebeingmadethatcausesmore
distributiveeffectsofthecausesofputtingmoreinprisonthanexpected(RomeroandHolden).
ThissystemintheUnitedStatesisinconsistentlyfunctionedthatatthisparticularstatethatthe
governmenthadtomakesignificantchanges(Sullum).Governmentalreformsofcriminallaw
aremadetomakeimprovedtowardstheamountofindividualsinprison,sentencedtolife
withoutparoleasnonviolentoffenders(Gottschalk).Soatthistimeduringthetrendingnumber
ofpeoplewhoareendedupinprisoninwhichthefacttheymaynotknowfromothersabout
whatcausesthemtobesentencedtolifewithoutparoleduetoasimplestepofbeingsentenced
withoutshowingviolentcrimesaccordingtotheinvestigationofthedepartmentofjustice.The
constitutionoftheUnitedStatesofAmericadeclaredthatmorelawsbeingmadeaffectedthe
numberofthegrowingtrendthatdevelopedinaspreadbecauseoflotsoflawsbeingmade.
ThisbillshouldbecomeLWOPisanineffectiveuseofthenumberoflawsthat
increased,resultinginovercriminalization.AccordingtosocietyintheUnitedStatesofAmerica,
theeconomiccostsofthenumberofprisonersarehighlyexpensesbecauseoftheoutgrowing

numberofprisonersinwhichthedeathpenaltywillbeenforcedclosetofiftypercentofthetime
(RomeroandHolden).Theexpensesofputtingtheamountofindividualsaredifficulttohandle
theheaviestofthefundingsforputtingprisonersinjusticefromthedepartmentofjustice
(Deutsch).Thespreadofcriminalsturnsdramaticallydysfunctionalbecauseofthewayofhow
moststatesthatincludefederallawsduetocriminallawreformsthattheareaswhereprisonsare
intheeffectofoutnumberedprisonersthattheyhavetocreatemoredeathpenaltiesthatare
unexpected(Schwager).Comparedtoothercountries,theUnitedStatesofAmericahasbeen
determinedthatthefederallawoftheConstitutionmustbefollowed.Dependinguponthe
amountofprisonersinjailforlifesentencewithoutparoleasnonviolentoffenders,the
weaknessofthecredibilityofthegovernmenthasbeencalledintoquestion(Perry).
Thedepartmentofjusticehasstatedthatstateswitheconomicissuesbecauseofthe
numberofjailedindividualswhoaresentencedtolifewithoutparoleneedtolookattheirlaws
andthedefinitionofseriouscrimes.Theircrimesareincontractioncomparedtootherstatesof
Americathattheyoftenhaveissuesofthenumberofprisonerstowardsthefederallawofthe
Constitution(Sullum).Lawsasbeingcharacterizedasenforcementandprohibitingthatmultiples
ofunexpectedlawsarenotapprovedfromtheexecutivelawoftheConstitutionthatmakesthe
systembecomesmoredisorganized.Thesetypesareissuesaremadefromhowthewaythe
systemrunsinthestatesthatarehavingproblemswiththeseissuesmainlyeconomically
(Stimson).Sothegovernmenthadtofundmoretocontributetootherfederallawsofthe
criminallawreform.
ControllingtheeconomicsofthenumberofprisonersinjailforLifewithoutparolefor
beingsentencedwouldmakeahugeimpacttowardsthewholenationoftheUnitedStatesof

America.Thelargerissueswereinfactthetrendofthenumberofprisonersbeingjailedthat
affectsthewayhowthesystemworks,however,morelawscausethedisturbanceofthefederal
lawoftheConstitution.
