ultimatelythefixedmindsetthatlimitedonesabilities.

AlthoughmanythatbelieveinDweck'sstudy,somedisagree.Thereisanarticlewritten
byaprofessorthatdisagreeswithDweck'stheoryofthegrowthmindset.Init,itstatesthata
growthmindsetwontworkbecauseitonlyhasa.19percenteffectrate.Itstatesthattheonly
realeffectscomefromarateof.40orhigher.Meaningtheauthorofthisarticledoubtsthatthis
theoryofchangingmindsetsissuccessfulenoughtoprovearealdifferenceinsocietyasa
whole.Although,itdoesagreethatwemustmoveawayfromafixedmindset,andofferssteps
teachersshouldtakeinordertodoso,suchas:lesstesting,morefeedback,flexiblegrouping,
differentquestioning,andforthemtostoptalkingsomuch.

Withallopinionsaside,havingaFixedorGrowthmindsetisinnooneelsescontrolbut
yours.Youcanshapethewayyoutrainyourbraintooutlooksituations,andwiththat,greatly
altertheoutcomessimplyusingthepowerofyourbrain.Itmaybehardatfirst,butifyoumake
therightstepsandcanrecognizethepositivevs.negativewaysofthinking,thesechangescan
