KUPIPAKWA RASA

The rasoushadas which prepare with kupi, Agni in valukayantra are kupipakwarasas
Ex: Rasa Sindura

RASA SINDURA PREPARATION:


Ingredients:

Parada -100g;
Gandaka 100g

Procedure:

First prepare kajjali

Do bhavana with vatankura swarasa for 3 times

After drying keep it in kachakupi and seal it

Make a pit in ground and keep the bottle, sand around it

Remaining space covers with cow dung cakes and ignite it

Collect the rasasindur accumulated at bottom and use as medicine

Dose: 1/16 -1ratti


Indications: Prameha, Bagandara, Pandu, Rajayaksma, Kusta

POTTALI RASAS
The rasoushadas which prepare in dolayantra are called pottali rasas
Ex: Hemagarba pottali

HEMAGARBA POTTALI PREPARATION:


Ingredients:

Sudha parada - 4parts ;


Sudha gadaka -2parts ;
Swarna bhasma -1parts ;
Tamra bhasma -3parts ;
Kumari swarasa

Procedure: First prepare kajjali and add remaining bhasmas

Then do bavana with kumari swarasa for 7 days and make bolus

Take cloth pour sulphur on it and keep bolus on it

Take dolayantra with melted Gandaka

Suspend pottali in that and keep on stove

Give mild fire up to it turned into skin colour

Remove pottali and use it

Dose: 125mg
Indications: sannipata jwara
