MS Excel Assignment
1. Assume there are FIVE sales persons working under you and they have allotted each of
one product into different areas of KARACHI for selling purpose.
2. Prepare a sales status of each Product (Head & Shoulder, Pentane, Clean & Clear, Sun silk
and DOVE shampoos)provided by respective sales person in MS Excel on assumption basis
but under the target given along with their employee ID, Name, Product, Targeted, Sold,
address and area/location.
Scenario 1 & 2:
Prepare MS Excel file (sheet, formulas & graph; write interpretation
of sales shows in graph below).

As per sales target of each product (100 PRODUCT SALES / SALES REPRESENTATIVE / AREA ) .
Mr. Anwar has sold 95 , Head & Shoulder shampoo in Gulshan area , and achived 95% of
sales target.
Mr. Rizwan has sold 89 , Pentien Shampoo in Gulstan-e-Jauhar area , and achived 89% of
sales target.
Mr. Zunair has sold 45 , Clean & Clear Shampoo in Malir area , and achived 45% of sales
target which is wery low.
Mr. Afsar has sold 78 , Sunsilk Shampoo in Federal B Area , and achived 89% of sales
target.
Mr. Rehan has sold 84 , DOVE Shampoo in Nazimabad area , and achived 84% of sales
target.

3. Write a letter to send the concern Sales Person(s) to inform him that they have not got
the target sell of their respective product assigned in their respective location allotted.
