Goal
Warning message F/CTL SPD BRK DISAGREE (speedbrake) is displayed on the PFR. Display of operational warning in the PFR.

Fix
This message is displayed whenever there is a disagree between the speedbrake control lever position and the actual position of the
speedbrake. Indeed in some configuration (for example alpha floor activation or selection of full flap) the speedbrake are automatically retracted.
SPD BRK DISAGREE operational warning is then triggered to inform the pilots that the speedbrake are ot in accordance with the lever position.
If subject message is not linked to a failure message it means that the message is only an operational warning and no specific maintenance
action is required.
The applicable TSM task is task 27-00-00-810-801 "display of an operational warning on the upper ecam DU", it should be noted that some
operational warning are not printed in the PFR (e.g VMO exceedance)
