EachsophomorestudentwillsoonembarkonawonderfulNovatoHightradition.Each
studentwillbepresentingawellplannedandresearchedthreetofiveminutepersuasive
speech.Thespeechwillbeonacurrentsocialpolicyofthestudent'schoosing.The
threemostpersuasivestudentsfromeachclass,asdeterminedbytheclassandthe
teacher,willmoveontotheschoolwidesemifinalcompetition.Fromthesemifinal
speeches,sixfinalistswillbechosenandcompetetobethewinner.
