1. Declaration
I hereby declare that I revoke, cancel and annul any previously drafted wills and
codicils which I concluded prior to this one, under no state of undue influence and
duress or coercion and that I am of sound mind and of legal age.

2. Family Details
I am married to Popescu Ion and all references in this Will to my spouse will refer
to Popescu Ion.
I have the following children: one girl, Popescu Maria, and all references in this
Will to my child include the above child and any other child or children born
hereafter born or adopted by me.

3. Appointment of Executors
I hereby nominate my spouse, Popeescu Ion to serve as the Executor of my Estate.
If my spouse, Popescu Ion fails or is unable or unwilling to serve the duty hereby, the full
and absolute power will be redirected to my daughter, Popescu Maria as the alternate or
successor Executor to my Estate. I appoint my spouse as the sole performer of my will
including the assets of my estate and I grant him all powers and authority to execute my
last will and testament.
4. Guardian
If at my death, I have any child or children that have not attained the age of 18, I
nominate my brother Aiacoboaie Alexandru to serve as the legal guardian of such
children in the case that they do not have any living parent which will serve as natural
guardian.

5. Beneficiary
I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate, property and effects after payment of
all my just debts, expenses and taxes, one half to my spouse Popescu Ion and one half to
my child. If there are disputes of whatsoever nature, the proceedings will be deducted
from my Estate. Any movable or immovable property will be included in my Estate and
will be taken into consideration in the case of paying my debts wheresoever situated.
6. Special Requests
I direct that all obligations and expenses concerning funeral expenses and
expenses related to my last illness be paid as soon after my death as practical. I appoint
my spouse to seek that I be incinerated and buried in Iai.
