Please note: (WAG) and (MAG) Gymnasts
E may choose any three of the above days (which best
suites them) to train as per their monthly and termly payment ratio and requirements.
All other Gymnasts may choose any two of the above days that best suites them as per their monthly
and termly ratio and training requirements.
Please ensure that your child is promptly at their chosen session and if late or absent please kindly
inform the coaches.

Each gymnast is kindly asked to please donate 1 liquid hand soap and 3 full toilet rolls for the
year. Thank you greatly in advance for this!!
Please note that this is a drop off and go club and will not permit anyone hanging around the
foyer area, instead chatting outside in the parking area is advised.
Please arrange in advance upon appointment to have a meeting with a coach due to the high
rotational volume that they experience. Any vital matters will be handled differently and on the
spot (discretion will be used).
On your childs birthday, please bring +/-25 sweets/ cupcakes/ chips etc. We sing for him/ her
and they get to hand out the goodies that theyve brought.
URGENT: Please note that we have a few gymnasts HIGHLY allergic to nuts, notify the
coaches of the ingredients upon drop off.
