Let the Revolution begin!

Nemont.TV was set up in the Glasgow High School

Gymnasium Thursday evening, providing Nemont.
TV subscribers with the live coverage of the varsity
basketball games as Malta was in town last night.
Unfortunately for the Scotties, the folks tuning in to
Nemont.TV watched Malta putting on a clinic as the
Mustangs prevailed 58-39 followed by the defending
state champions and presently undefeated MEttes
taking care of business, final score 56-32, to push
their winning streak to 36. As for the Scotties, theyll

be in Wolf Point tonight. And as for Nemont.TV, their

crew will be in Nashua tonight to air the Porcupines
and Spartans of Scobey. A Nemont.TV subscription
gives you unlimited access to high school sports,
cooking and outdoor shows, community events and
more video content all produced in Northeastern
Montana. With headquarters based in Scobey, this
is a local channel that can be accessed anywhere in
the world via a computer, mobile device, or any other
medium capable of streaming video from the internet.

Hunting Tree Stands Must Be

Removed from DNRC Lands

FWP Warden Frank Bowen reminds hunters that
tree stands used for hunting and all other temporary
structures must be removed from DNRC lands.

Temporary structures, such as tree stands, may be
kept in place on un-leased DNRC State forested lands
for 16 days in any 30 day period. No nails, spikes or
screws of any type may be put into the tree, and no
permanent structures are allowed. General Recreation
road use rules apply (no off road use allowed to access a
stand).

Tree stands may not be placed in any active timber
sale area; if found, they will be removed in conjunction
with the local game warden.

Hunters are urged to remove any existing stands.

The old slight of hand trick...

An experienced customs officer is having a shift
on the border. At some point he sees a man pushing a
bicycle with a huge sack thrown over the seat. He stops
him at the border.

What do you have in this sack?
Sand.

Well let me check.

The officer opens up the bag and indeed its full of
sand. He searches it thoroughly, but theres nothing else,
so he lets the man go.
The next day the same man shows up, again
pushing a bicycle with a huge sack thrown over the seat,
and again there was nothing but sand in it. After a few
days of this playing out, the customs officer holds up the
man a little longer.

Listen pal, Ive been in this job for 10 years now,
I can recognize a smuggler from a mile away. I have
no definite proof, but I know you have been taking
something past this border and its driving me crazy.
Lets make a deal: you tell me what you are smuggling
and I wont stop you any more. So what is it?

And the man replied, Bicycles.
