Do not write full sentences or read from them (unless you are quoting from

somewhere)

Not more than 10-12 lines of text should be used on one page

Font size should be sufficiently large (it is a good idea to use the default
font size)

Avoid unnecessary use of colour especially in the text

Diagrams should be clear including the texts inside

Copyrighted material should be avoided as far as possible, and if essential,

reference should be made to the original source
