thatonetooneisbetterorworseforschools.Theystatetheirargumentsusinginformationand
researchabouttheeffectsofonetooneinschool.Howtheyuseethos,pathos,andlogosto
supporttheirarguments.Theyrehowtheyuseethos,pathos,andlogosintheirarguments,likeif
theargumentismainlybasedonethositsmainlyabouthowtheauthorpersona,iftheyuse
pathositsmainlyabouttheemotionsofthetext,oriftheyuselogositsmainlyaboutthe
evidenceinthetext.Onetooneiswidelydebatedsomeofthemainargumentspeoplehavewith
onetoonearehowtheteacherscanaffectonetooneinschools,howitpreparesthestudentsfor

highlydebated.Weatherthedebatedbeabout,howtheteacherscanaffectsonetoone,howit
preparesthestudentsforthe21stcenturyworkforceandcollege,orhowonetonecanbean
improvementinschools,andallthelittleargumentsinbetween.Thispaperisherepurelyto
informyouabouttheeffectsonetoonehasinschoolsbasedoffofothersresearchand
knowledgeononetoone.Schoolsalloverarechangingtoonetoone:Thereisresearchbeing
doneallovertheononetoone,Spice,OliverandCorn,agroupofresearchersfromNorth
CarolinaStateUniversity.IfthereisresearchbeingdoneononetoonethenitIfschoolsare
changingovertoonetoonepeopleshouldlookitupandeducatethemselvesononetoone,
