6. Evaluation Method
20% = class participation 15% = mid-course test 15% = interview 50% = final examination
7. Evaluation Criteria
• Every lesson, students taking initiative in discussions, asking for clarification, helping other students and generally
showing enthusiasm will be positively assessed in terms of class participation.
• The mid-course test will be a short series of written and listening multiple choice questions based on language already
studied.
• Students will be interviewed individually near the end of the course and will be assessed in terms of comprehension,
fluency, accuracy, pronunciation and attitude.
