Assess patients nutritional status, calculate nutrition support recommendations and document Medical
Nutrition Therapy on a general medical surgical floor and critical care unit.
Conduct disease-specific diet education in an acute-care setting with the patient and/or family members.

education while interacting with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsible for 1-2 floors of patients during a 2-week clinical staff relief.
Developed and executed a case study report and presentation using evidence based research from medical
and nutritional journals involving in-depth information on concurrent modes of nutritional care for a
