1. Greed could be defined as a traders desire to trade in order to provide an unr
ealistic profit. Greedy traders focus only on how much money they could have mad
e. This emotion frequently leads to ignoring proper money management and often p
revents a trader from taking profits on a winning trade.
2. Fear is a survival response and probably the most powerful of all human emoti
ons. When afraid, a trader will sell a position regardless of the price. Fear us
ually leads to panic, which again causes poor decision making.
3. Hope is what keeps a trader in a losing trade after it has hit the invalidati
on level. It may be the most dangerous of all human emotions when it comes to tr
ading.
4. Regret is defined as a feeling of sadness or disappointment over something th
at has happened, especially when it involves a loss or a missed opportunity.
The Man Who Thinks He Can.
By Walter D.Wintle.
If you think you are beaten, you are
If you think you dare not, you dont,
If you like to win, but you think you cant
It is almost certain you wont.
If you think youll lose, youre lost
For out of the world we find,
Success begins with a fellows will
Its all in the state of mind.
If you think you are outclassed, you are
Youve got to think high to rise,
Youve got to be sure of yourself before
You can ever win a prize.
Lifes battles dont always go
To the stronger or faster man,
But soon or late the man who wins
Is the man WHO THINKS HE CAN!

For those whos interested in picking up stocks for investments, the bottom around
either 7450 or 7250 must hold and prices must rally past the 61.8% retrace of t
he last fall.(Presently the last fall being from 7979 and hence the reversal val
ue is 7840). This investment is for ST only for the 5th wave as long as the abov
e levels hold. Individual stocks will behave differently.
Identify good stocks/ groups and when in panic selling, make your buying. Set a
return expectation and promptly book out.
Tata group stocks such as Tata Elxsi/ TCS, Tata Motors, Indian Hotels, tata chem

Can anybody tell me the formula for JNSAR ?
#6 by sunilminz on December 16, 2015 - 10:24 AM
It is conversion line of ichimokou cloud you can also calculate it easily
9 day sma high + 9 day sma low sum is divided by 2 you can get the value

Request your guidance to confirm the count from a long term perspective as below
wave 1 completed at 6357
wave 2 completed at 2252
wave 3 ongoing from 2252 for which (iii) completed at 9117 and (iv) is on which
may complete between 7250 and 7450.
This will be followed by (v) of 3 above 9117.
After which we can expect wave 4 and then wave 5.

ilango says: Whenever Nifty is closing between DHEma and DLEma, it is in a range

JNSAR is a pivotal number which reflects the balance of power within Nifty and
once the power shift decisively, big gains may be made in it as was evident in S
ept. upmove. But there are many occasions, a keen tussle develops at such a poin
t to wrest back the control as was evident on 30th sept. settlement day @ 5981 a

nd on Friday @ 6103.
There are two ways to handle it: You simply initiate a trade as & when JNSAR is
triggered and keep a 20 point leeway within a day to keep the trade alive as wel
l as contain adverse moves in the opposite directions. If it moves away by 20 po
ints, reverse the trade and monitor it based on next day s JNSAR. A JNSAR trigge
ring in the 1st session is likely to stay and the 2nd session may get volatile.

1. What is Pair trade??

Pairs trading refers to opposite positions in two different stocks or indices, t
hat is, a long (bullish) position in one stock and another short (bearish) posit
ion in another stock. The objective is to make money on the relative price movem
ents between them. The two stocks might both go up, but the stock you are long w
ill go up more and faster than the stock you are short. Or, the two stocks might
both go down, but the stock you are short will drop more and faster than the st
ock you are long. One half of the pairs trade may be profitable, and the other ha
lf of the pair trade may lose money, but the goal is for the profits to exceed t
he losses.
Pair of stock prices that have historically moved together in a correlated manne
r, diverge when subjected to differential demand shocks. Position on such a pair
when its components diverge and unwinding the position when they next converge
has existed since the early periods of stock
Trading.
2. Risk in pair trade??
Through this strategy we do almost totally avoid the systematic market risk.
Also the industry risk is eliminated, since we are only investing in pairs belon
ging to the same industry.
The main risk we are being exposed to be then the risk of stock specific events
that is the risk of fundamental changes implying that the prices may never mean

revert again. In order to control for this risk we use the rules of stop-loss an
d maximum holding period.
This risk is further reduced through diversification, which is obtained by simul
taneously investing in several pairs. Initially we plan to open approximately 10
different positions.
3. How Pair Trade help us to make consistent Profit from F&O market??

We do losses from market because we always try to play with market movement, whe
n we predict market correctly we make profit but if it goes against to our predi
ction we make loss.
In pair trade we dont have to do anything with market movement whether it goes Up
or Down, It is Bull market or Bear market we make only profit.
We do loss when we dont follow discipline and dont follow stop loss in our trade,
Pair trade is discipline in itself because we take position both side (Long + sh
ort).
In single side trade we have to manage three risk (a)Market risk,( b)Sectorial R
isk, (c)Stock Specific Risk. In pair trade we need to manage only Stock Specific
risk other two risk will be controlled automatically because we have both side
position and too from same sector:
Example: BUY PNB FUTURE 1 LOT, SELL BOB 1 LOT
Here if we take this trade Market goes up or down it will not impact this positi
on much.
If any good or bad news comes in banking sector even this will not impact becaus
e we have both stock from banking sector.
Only stock specific risk can impact our position very bad news in PNB and good n
ews in BOB. In this case we need to book loss.

rds
please visit the site:niftytradersresources.com
read all the wright up closely and then observe the tables for some time. you wi
ll get
the experience how to understand the market move.
for example: for last about one week, 9000 call bar (green) is showing highest O
I, which
means that this is the biggest resistance. for some last 2-3 days, some calls 90
00 are
unwound, which that resistance of 9000 is becoming weak.
on the other hand, 8500 and 8600 puts (red bar) are being sold, which means that
support
at these strikes is gaining strength, means, market is poised to move up.
note that small traders buy and sell calls and puts. but big market movers alway
s sell
calls and puts. this gives significant sway in the direction to the market.
hope this gives little understanding. do study, you will gain the right idea. an
y
difficulty, i am here to help you.

Anuradha Raghunathan Asan Ideas for Wealth

What are some retirement/ pension schemes that one can invest in ?
Pattabiraman Murari V Nadar Gabriel: Yes of course. Why not. Only problem is tax
ation and amount of investment needed to at least ensure corpus does not get dev

alued due to inflation.

Harrsh Ankola Pattu sir, what about NPS account? It invests in equities and debt
. But I haven t come across any success story of that scheme.
Pawan Kumar Pandey NPS gave 6-7% returns last year. Equity exposure is less than
10%. Do not invest if it is not mandatory in your job.(as it is in mine)
Pattabiraman Murari Pawan, speak for yourself!
My NPS is doing much better -twice of that perhaps because I am started earlier
Harrsh stay away from NPS unless it is mandatory (like for me and Pawan) or if y
our employer offers it and you extra tax breaks
Pawan Kumar Pandey Anuradha ji, it all depends on your age, financial condition
and other factors. If you are comfortable revealing info on public forum, we cou
ld help you. But a paid advisor would be best option as he would give personaliz
ed solution after analysising your situation.
Pawan Kumar Pandey Twice? I am puzzled.13-14% kind of returns?
Pattabiraman Murari Pawan for us, NPS is a fantastic product to have in our reti
rement basket. Dont look at the returns quoted by CRA and the media. That is non
sense. Calculate XIRR of all your transactions. If you want I can share my file
with you.
My CAGR should be close to 12% now

SOME SIMPLE FINANCIAL INFORMATION.

Rule of 72: Rule 72 is used to know how many years it takes to get doubled the m
oney invested. For that divide the money invested in 72 by 8. If you are getting
8% return then divide 72 by 8, if answer comes 9 that means investment becomes
doubled in 9 years.
Rule of 69: This rule is same as above. Whatever return you are going to get, di
vide it with 69 and add 0.35 in that. Whatever answer comes that many years take
s to get doubled the investment. If you are getting 8% return then divide 69 by
8, then answer comes 8.62. In that add 0.35 then 8.97 years takes to get double
the money.

Rule of 70: Investments are reducing their values because of prise hike (dearnes
s) that means if you want to know how many years it takes to get money half of t
he value invested, divide 70 by inflation rate. Suppose inflation is 6% then if
we divide 70 by 6 then in 11.67 years money would be half of the value invested.
Rule of 114: How many years it takes to get tripled the money invested? to know
that suppose you are getting 8% return then divide 114 by 8, that means in 14.25
years your money will get tripled.
Rule for fourth times is 144 divide by returns

Dear jay shah!
Give him immediately DIACARD GOLD DROPS (Made by MADUAS, GERMANY) 10 drops in ha
lf cup of water after every 2 hours now. When he improves then reduce frequency
upto 3 times only & give after every meal only. This is special heart tonic & us
ed worldwide, you can give him without any doubt. He will feel far better within
2-3 days, its not simple medicine..by God s grace it gives magical effect.
If you need any help regarding his health then mail me at KUMARTECHNICALS@GMAIL.
COM only. Wishing him speedy recovery, take care of him.

Dear Jay shah
Dr. Kumar s prescription Diacard Gold is excellent. Also continue all the other
drugs given by your Cardiologist.
If he shows significant improvement, review after three months. At that time do
a Neuclear Scan not angiogram.
You will know the real condition of the heart. If multiple blocks are demonstrat
ed in that scan it is advisable to go for surgery.
Ideal would be a beating heart surgery.

Good luck.

TA & EW compliment each other.
When EW is unclear, TA shows the way and vice versa.
At the same time, when something looks very obvious, refer the "other" which wou

Elliott wave - a simple labeling
When you study Elliott waves in the application of trading/ investing, have the
Buddhist principle of "Balance" in mind & follow them.
Apply them to daily/ weekly charts more and less to hour charts. When it is not
clear/ obvious, do not force a label.
Believe me, it is the easiest of all, mostly misunderstood and
the major failure by its practitioners is due to "not believing what they see in
the first place and thereby complicating it".
