REFURBISHMENT OF PROPOSED PROJECT DIRECTORS OFFICE
LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE
We are pleased to inform you that the Central Engineering Consultancy Bureau has
accepted your quotation dated 21st February 2008 for the Refurbishment of Project
Directors Office at Jawatha Road, Colombo05.
Total Contract Price is Rupees One Hundred and Ninety Eight Thousand Eight Hundred
and Seventy Seven and Cents Fifty ( Rs 198,877.50) only excluding VAT .
You are hereby instructed to proceed with the supplying of the said works immediately
and complete all the works within three (04) days.
Until a formal Agreement is prepared and executed the following documents shall
constitute a binding contract between you and the Central Engineering Consultancy
Bureau.

Please acknowledge receipt of this letter of acceptance by appending your authenticated

signature and returning this letter to us.

You may retain the additional copy sent herewith.

Also attached herewith a copy of the Agreement for necessary signatures.
