Conduct recruitment with low income parents at Guilford county Head Start sites
Perform parent surveys and food frequency questionnaires concerning fruit and
vegetable intake as well as parental feeding style.
Teaching Assistant

Teaching assistant for Introductory Nutrition (4 semesters) under Dr. Keith Erikson,
Dr. Natasha Brown, and Mrs. Amy Moyer
Make copies of tests and assignments as well as performing grading duties including
online assignments, tests, and the Personal Nutrition Assessment Project (PNAP)
The PNAP involves grading of 2 separate parts to evaluate students understanding
of nutrition and ability to evaluate their diet and physical activity
