To hit your target, work your way through these steps:

Step 3: List down the instructional materials
used by the teacher to facilitate learning
Step 2: Observe, the cognitive, metacognitive and

Based on what I observed, the commonly method used inside the classroom is
deductive Method where the teacher is the one whos moving inside the classroom. I
mean she is the one who make the discussion lively.
During the discussion, some of the students are willing to listen and participate
on the discussion. And some of them are not. Maybe because of the modern age, as
Grade 7 students, where they like to play more than to study. So that, I conclude that if
the teacher has any motivation, maybe she will get the attention of her students.
Because I observed that she doesnt have any motivation before, during or after the
discussion. Thats why the students became sluggish during her class.

After going through the process of observation, thinking and reflection of your experience, you
surely have drawn some insights and new understanding of teaching and learning processes. Please express
your thoughts, feelings, insights or new understanding through creative visual representation here. Then
share your reflection with your FS Teacher.
After my observation in Malinta National High School, particularly to Mrs. Cerino classes. I observe
that not all the time the students are willing to participate in the discussion; they are willing to talk to their
seatmates than to listen to their teacher.
On my observation, I understand that being a teacher is not easy, many tasks and responsibilities that
you must do in time.
