School Heads Re-Entry Plan


The School Heads Re-Entry Plan is a means by which NEAP monitors the signicant workplace
applica@on of learnings gained from the SHDP. The Re-Entry Plan uses Job Embedded Learning where
the school head, HRDD, and NEAP monitor and hold discussion on the REAP.

For SHDP, School Heads will use learnings to address priority concerns in their SHS.
