    TheDietrichSchaafConservationFundisanonprofitorganizationdedicatedtofurtheringstewardshipof
    thenaturalworld.Thepurposeofthisletterofinquiryistogatherinformationfromimpactful,grassroots
    conservationorganizationsorprojects,andtoprovidefinancialopportunitytoanentitythatsupportsor
    extendsourmission.

    Eligibility:
    DSCFwillmakefundsavailabletosupportconservationbasedprojectsaroundtheworld.
    DSCFwillNOTfundindividualsreimbursementoffundsalreadyexpendedorpoliticalorganizations.

    AvailableFunding:
    Theawardamountisdependentonourfundraisingseason.Thereisnocommitment
    byDSCFtofundanyparticularapplicationortomakeaspecificnumberofawards.

    ReviewandAwardInformation:
    Insteadofatediousgrantapplication,weprefertohaveshorterLOI
    submissions.AllLOIswillbereviewedusingtheevaluationcriteriaasfollows:
    1.ConsistencywithDSCFsmissionoffurtheringstewardshipofthenaturalworld
    2.Potentialforpositiveimpactwithintheecosystem
    3.Internalandexternalorganizationalsupportforexecutionoftheproject,includingexperienceofkey
    personnelandcosteffectivenessofbudget.
    ThedateoffundingisMarch1,2017.

    ReportingRequirements:
    ProjectsawardedfundingwillbesentaGrantRecipientAgreement
    specifyingthegrantreportingrequirements.Awardeeswillbeaskedtoread,signanddatethecontract,
    andreturnittoDSCFbeforefundingwillbesent.
