IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the
following:

Read all instructions.

Household use only. Do not use for industrial purpose.
To protect against risk of electrical shock do not put (state specific part or parts in question) in
water or other liquid.

Unplug from outlet when assembling and disassembling the unit.

Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.
Close supervision of children is necessary when the appliance is used.
Avoid contacting moving parts.
When carrying the unit be sure to hold the motor housing with both hands. Do not carry the unit
by holding only the hopper plate or head.

Do not fix the cutting blade and cutting plate when using kibbe attachment.
Never feed food by hand. Always use food pusher.
Do not use fingers to scrape food away from discharge disc while appliance is operating. Cut
type injury may result.

Do not grind hard food such as bones, nuts, etc.

Do not grind ginger and other materials with hard fiber.
Continuous running of meat grinder should be not more than 10 minutes with the following 10
minutes interval for motor cooling.

Reverse function is prohibited while the appliance is operating (For example switchON knob to
R knob or on the contrary), wait at least one minute until grinder has come to a complete stop
otherwise it may cause an abnormal noise, vibration or a transitory electric spark in the
appliance. It could result easily damage to appliance.

After use, there would be a little food left in the grinder head. This is normal. There might be a bit
of black metal powder adhering to the food ground in the end. Please pick them out and throw
away, do not eat them.

To avoid jamming, do not force to operate the unit with excessive pressure.
When the circuit breaker activates, do not switch on.
The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric
shock or injury.

Do not use outdoors (this may be omitted if it is specially designed for outdoor use).
Do not let cord hang over edge of table or working surface.
Do not let the cord to get into contact with hot surface.
Never try to replace the parts and repair the unit by yourself.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduce physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their
safety.

Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or

is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service facility
for examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
FOR THE FIRST TIME

Check that voltage indicated on the rating label corresponds the mains voltage in your home.

Wash all parts (except body) in warm soapy water.

Before plugging in, ensure the ON/OFF/ Reverse switch is turned to "OFF" position.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE

ASSEMBLING

Holding the head and insert it in the inlet with one hand, place the locking knob into the hole on
the side of the motor housingtighten it clockwise to secure the head .(fig.2)

Place the feed screw into the head, long end first, by
turning the feed screw slightly until it is set into the
motor housing (fig.3).

Place the cutting blade onto the feed screw shaft with
the blade facing the front as illustrated (fig.4). If it is
not fitted properly, meat will not be ground.

Place the desired cutting plate next to the cutting

blade, fitting protrusions in the slots (fig.5).

Support or press the centre of the cutting plate with

one finger then screw the fixing ring until tight with
another hand (fig.6). Do not over tighten.

Place the hopper plate on the head and fix into

position.

Locate the unit on a firm place.

The air passage at the bottom and the side of the

motor housing should be kept free and not blocked.

MINCING MEAT

Cut all foods into pieces (boneless, skinless, and

fatless meat is recommended, approximate size: 20 mm x 20 mm x 60 mm) so that they fit easily
into the hopper opening.

Plug in and turn the R / ON switch to "ON" position, then turn the ON/OFF/ Reverse switch to
"ON" position.

Feed foods into the hopper plate. Use only the food pusher (fig.7).

After use switch the unit off and unplug it from the power supply.

REVERSE FUNCTION

In case of jamming switch the appliance off by turning the R / ON switch to "R" position and
ON/OFF/ Reverse switch to "R" position.

Feed screw will be rotating in the opposite direction, and the head will get empty.

If it doesn't work, switch the unit off and clean it.

MAKING KIBBE
RECIPE
STUFFING

Mince mutton once or twice.

Fry onion until brown and add minced mutton, all spice, salt
and flour.

Mince meat three times and mix all ingredients together in a

bowl. More meat and less flour for outlet cover creates better
consistency and taste.

Grind the mixture three times.

Disassemble by reversing the steps from 5-3 to remove the

cutting plate and cutting blade.

Place kibbe attachments onto the feed screw shaft together,

fitting protrusions in the slots (fig.8).

Screw fixing ring into place until tight. Do not over tighten
(fig.9).

Make the cylindrical outlet

cover (fig.10).

Form kibbe as illustrated

below and deep fry.

MAKING SAUSAGE

Before starting please assemble sausage attachment as per following (fig.11)

TOMATO JUICER

Put the fix ring through the tomato juicer bracket

(fig. A).
Revolve the adjusted nail to the front of tomato
juicer backet (fig. B).
Pack the attachments like fig. C.
Put the containers under tomato juicer attachment
like fig. D to collect juice and residue. Cut the
tomato into fix meat grinder like head size, then
press them gently, it can short the working time.
Adjust the screw can make the juice dense or thin.
Disassembly and clean the tomato juicer as soon
as juice completely.

CUTTING SLICE/SHRED/STRIP

Press the fasten buttonhold the head and insert it into the inlet (when inserting please pay
attention - the head must be slanted as per arrow indicated on the top, see fig.E)

Put the cutting attachments slice cutter or Shredded cutter or strip cutter into the cutting
head. Note: Must be on place.(fig. F)

The switch I/II knob to I, the switch ON/0/R knob to ON position when you cutting. Put the
vegetable into vegetable cutting head, and then push down the vegetable pusher with 5N
power.(fig. G)

After use switch the unit off and unplug it from the power supply.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

DISASSEMBLING

Make sure that the motor has stopped.

Disconnect the plug from the power outlet.

Disassemble by reversing the steps from 6-1 pictures.

If the fixing ring is not easily removed by hands, please use tools
fig.12.

To remove the cutting plate easily, place a screwdriver between the

cutting plate and the head as illustrated and lift it up (fig.13).

CLEANING

Remove meat, etc. Wash each part in warm soapy water.

A bleaching solution containing chlorine will discolor aluminum surfaces.

Do not immerse the motor housing in water, but only wipe it with a damp cloth.

Thinners and petrol will change the color of the unit.

Wipe all the cutting parts by vegetable oil-wet cloth.

Wash all the metal parts in water below 50

and dry, in case the unit is left unused for a long

period of time, wipe them by vegetable oil -wet cloth.

MSURI DE PROTECIE IMPORTANTE

Cnd folosii aparate electrice, trebuie respectate principalele msuri de protecie, dup cum
urmeaz:

Citii toate instruciunile.

Produs destinat doar folosirii n gospodrie. A nu se folosi n scopuri industriale.
Pentru a v proteja de riscul unui scurt circuit, nu scufunda i produsul n ap sau n alte lichide.
Scoate i din priz aparatul atunci cnd l asambla i sau dezasambla i.
Scoate i din priz aparatul atunci cnd nu l folosi i, nainte de montarea sau scoaterea oricror
piese i nainte de curare.

Este necesar o atent supraveghere a copiilor n timpul folosirii aparatului.

Nu atinge i piesele n micare.
n timpul transportrii aparatului, asigura i-v c ine i cu ambele mini carcasa motorului. Nu
transporta i aparatul innd doar de tvi a de alimentare sau de capul de tub.

Nu monta i cu itul i sita de tiere cnd folosi i accesoriul pentru kibbe.

Nu introduce i niciodat alimentele folosind minile. Folosi i ntotdeauna dispozitivul de
mpingere alimente.

Nu folosi i degetele pentru a ndeprta resturile de alimente de pe discul de scurgere n timp ce

aparatul este n func iune.

Nu toca i alimente tari precum oase, nuci, etc.

Nu toca i ghimbir sau alte alimente cu fibr tare.
Func ionarea n continuu a toctorului de carne nu trebuie s dep easc 10 minute Dupa
aceasta perioada faceti o pauza de 10 minute pentru rcirea motorului.

Este interzis folosirea func iei Reverse cnd aparatul este n func iune (de exemplu, comuta i
de la butonul ON la butonul R sau invers), a tepta i cel pu in 1 minut pn cnd toctorul sa oprit, altfel poate aprea un zgomot, o vibra ie sau o scnteie tranzitorie n aparat ce poate
duce la deteriorarea aparatului.

Dup utilizare, va rmne o cantitate mic de alimente n capul de tub al toctorului. Acest lucru
este normal. La final, pot aprea u oare urme de pulbere metalic neagr pe suprafa a
alimentelor. V rugm s le lua i i s le arunca i.

Pentru a evita blocarea, nu for a i utilizarea aparatului aplicnd presiune excesiv.

Cnd ntreruptorul plpie, nu pune i n func iune aparatul.
Folosirea accesoriilor nerecomandate sau care nu sunt vndute de ctre productor poate cauza
incendii, scurtcircuitri sau vtmri.

Nu folosi i n exterior (acest lucru se poate omite dac aparatul este special conceput pentru o
astfel de utilizare).

Nu lsa i cablul s atrne peste mas sau suprafa a de lucru.

Nu lsa i cablul s intre n contact cu suprafe ele fierbin i.
Nu ncerca i niciodat s nlocui i piesele i s repara i aparatul de unul singur.

Acest aparat nu este destinat utilizrii de ctre persoane (inclusiv copii) cu abilit i fizice,

PRIMA UTILIZARE

Verifica i dac tensiunea indicat pe eticheta produsului corespunde cu cea de pe priza

dumneavoastra din domiciliu.

Spla i toate piesele (n afara corpului aparatului) cu ap cldu i detergent.

INSTRUCIUNI DE UTILIZARE
ASAMBLARE

blocare n gaura din partea lateral a carcasei motorului, strngndu-l n sensul acelor de
ceasornic pentru a proteja capul (fig. 2).

Introduce i spirala de tocat n tub, cu captul lung nainte, i roti i u or pn se fixeaz n

carcasa motorului (fig.3).

Puneti cu itul pe axul spiralei de tocat, cu lama spre

fa , ca n fig. 4. Dac acesta nu este pozi ionat
corect, carnea nu va fi tocat.

Pozi iona i apoi sita de dimensiunea dorit lng

cu it, fixnd n orificii marginile ieite n eviden.
(fig.5)

Sprijini i sau apsa i centrul sitei de tiere cu un

deget, apoi n uruba i inelul de fixare strns cu
cealalt mn (fig.6). Nu strnge i prea tare.

Plasa i tvi a pe capul de tub i fixa i-o.

Plasa i ma ina de tocat pe o suprafa stabil.

Canalul pentru aer de dedesubtul aparatului i partea

lateral a carcasei motorului nu trebuie blocate.

TOCAREA CRNII

Tia i toat carnea n buc i (Se recomand ca,

dup ndeprtarea oaselor, cartilajelor i tendoanelor,
carnea s fie tiat n f ii cu dimensiunea aprox. de
20 mm x 20 mm x 60 mm), pentru ca aceasta s intre
cu u urin prin orificiul tvi ei.

Introduce i techerul n priz i schimba i butonul R / ON pe pozi ia "ON", apoi pozi iona i
butonul ON/OFF/ Reverse pe pozi ia ON.

Pune i carnea n tav. Folosi i doar dispozitivul de mpingere (fig. 7).

Dup utilizare, deconecta i aparatul i scoate i techerul din priz.

Toca i carnea de trei ori i amesteca i toate ingredientele

Pozi iona i recipientele sub accesoriul de stoarcere
a ro iilor, ca n fig. D, pentru a colecta sucul i
resturile. Tia i ro iile n buc i de dimensiunea
buc ilor de carne ce urmeaz a fi tocate, apoi
presa i u or pe ele, n acest fel timpul de lucru va
deveni mai scurt.
Regla i spirala pentru a putea ob ine un suc mai
mult sau mai pu in dens.
Dezasambla i i cur a i storctorul de ro ii dup
ce s-a scurs tot sucul.

FELIEREA/MRUNIREA/TIEREA N FII

Apsa i butonul de blocare, ine i de capul de tub i introduce i-l n orificiul de la baza
aparatului. (La introducere, fi i aten i: trebuie s rsuci i tubul n direc ia indicat de sgeata
din partea de sus (vede i fig. E).

Monta i accesoriile feliator, toctor sau tietorul n f ii pe capul de tiere. Observa ie:
Accesorile trebuie s fie bine pozi ionate. (fig. F)

Atunci cnd tia i, trece i butonul I/II n pozi ia I i pe cel ON/0/R n pozi ia ON. Pune i
legumele n capul de tiere, apoi presa i u or cu dispozitivul de mpingere (putere 5N). (fig. G)

Dup utilizare, deconecta i aparatul i scoate i techerul din priz.

CURARE I NTRE INERE

Asigura i-v c motorul este oprit.

Deconecta i sco nd techerul din priz.

Dezasambla i urmnd napoi pa ii din imaginile de la 6 la 1.

Dac inelul de fixare nu se scoate u or cu minile, v rugm

s folosi i instrumente adecvate fig. 12.

Pentru a nltura u or sita de tiere, pune i o urubelni

ntre sit i capul de tub, ca n fig. 13, i ridica i n sus.

CURAREA

ndeprta i resturile de carne, etc. Spla i fiecare pies cu

ap cldu i detergent.

Utilizarea unei solu ii de cur are pe baz de clor va decolora suprafe ele de aluminiu.

Nu introduce i carcasa motorului n ap, ci doar terge i-o cu o lavet umed.

Diluan ii i substan ele pe baz de petrol vor schimba culoarea aparatului.

terge i toate piesele de tiere cu o lavet umezit n ulei vegetal.

Spla i toate piesele metalice n ap la o temperatur mai mic de 50 de grade Celsius i

usca i-le. n cazul n care aparatul nu se folose te pentru o perioad ndelungat, terge i-l cu
o lavet umezit n ulei vegetal.

A villamos kszlkek hasznlatakor a biztonsgi elrsok mindig betartandak, kzttk a
kvetkezk is:

Olvassa el az sszes utastst.

A jelen kszlk csak hztartsi hasznlatra val. Krjk, ne hasznlja ipari clokra.
Az ramts veszlye elleni vdelem rdekben, krjk, ne helyezze kszlket (vagy annak az
ezt illeten megjellt rszeit) vzbe vagy egyb folyadkokba.

A kszlk sztszedse s sszelltsa eltt, krjk vegye azt ki feszltsg all.

Amikor a kszlket nem hasznlja, annak alkatrszei behelyezse vagy kivtele eltt s a

ZNAAJNE MERE ZA ZATITU

Kada koristite elektrine ureaje, moraju se uvek potovati glavne mere za zatitu, kao to sledi:

Proitajte sva uputstva.

Proizvod namenjen iskljuivo upotrebi u domainstvu. Nemojte koristiti u industrijske svrhe.
Da bi se zatitili od rizika kratkog spoja, nemojte potopiti (navedite dotian deo ili delove) u vodu
ili u druge tenosti.

Iskljuite ureaj onda kada sklapate ili demontirate ureaj.

Izvucite iz utinice ureaj onda kada nije u upotrebi, pre postavljanja / montiranja ili skidanja bilo
kakvih delova i pre ienja.

Potreban je paljiv nadzor prilikom korienja bilo kog ureaja od strane dece ili u njihovoj blizini.
Ne dodirujte pokretne delove.
Prilikom transporta ureaja, proverite da li drite sa obe ruke kuite motora. Nemojte prenositi
ureaj ako drite samo posluavnik hrane ili glavu cevi.

Nemojte ugraditi no i sito za seenje onda kada koristite pribor za kibbe.

Nikada nemojte unositi hranu koristei ruke. Uvek koristite ureaj za unoenje / guranje hrane.
Ne koristite prste da bi uklonili ostatke hrane sa diska za izlivanje dok ureaj jo uvek radi. Ovo
moe dovesti do posekotina.

Nemojte iseckati tvrde namirnice kao to su kosti, orasi, itd.

Ne seckajte umbir ili druge namirnice sa jakim vlaknima.
Neprekidan rad ureaja za mlevenje mesa ne sme da prevazie 10 minuta, nakon ega slede 10
minuta za hlaenje motora.

Zabranjeno je korienje funkcije Reverse onda kada je ureaj jo uvek u radu (na primer,
prelazak sa dugmeta ON na dugme R ili obrnuto), saekajte najmanje 1 minut dok ureaj za
mlevenje ne prestane definitivno, inae se moe pojaviti neka nenormalna buka, vibracije ili
kratkotrajne varnice u ureaju. Brzo moe dovesti do oteenja ureaja i moe da izazove strah
za korisnike.

Nakon korienja, ostae jedna mala koliina namirnica u glavi cevi ureaja za mlevenje. To je
neto normalno. Na kraju, mogu nastati blagi tragovi crnog metalnog praha na povrini
namirnica. Molimo vas da ih uzmete i bacite, a ne da ih konzumirate.

Da biste izbegli blokiranje, ne primorajte upotrebu ureaja primenom prevelikog pritiska.

Kada je prekida aktiviran, ne stavljajte u radu ureaj.
Upotreba dodatnih oprema koje nisu preporuene ili koje nisu prodate od strane proizvoaa
moe dovesti do poara, kratkog spoja ili oteenja.

Nemojte koristiti ureaj izvan (ova injenica se moe izostavljati ako je ureaj specijalno
projektovan za takvu upotrebu).

Nemojte dozvoliti da kabl visi preko radnog stola ili radne povrine.

Nemojte dozvoliti da kabl dostigne u kontakt sa vrelim povrinama, ukljuujui i ploice.

Nikada ne pokuavajte da sami zamenite delove ili da popravite ureaj.
Ovaj aparat / ureaj nije namenjen za upotrebu od strane drugih osoba (naroito dece) sa
smanjenim fizikim, ulnim ili mentalnim sposobnostima ili koji nemaju iskustva ili znanja o
korienju ureaja / aparata, osim ako su pod nadzorom ili ako su dobili uputstva za korienje

za ispitivanje da bi bio pregledan, popravljen ili prilagoen sa elektro i mehanike take gledita.

PRVA UPOTREBA

Proverite da li napon naznaen na nalepnici proizvoda odgovara sa naponom za napajanje iz

domainstva.

Operite sve delove (van tela ureaja) sa toplom vodom i deterdentom.

Pre nego to prikljuite aparat, proverite da li je dugme "ON/OFF/Reverse" u poloaju OFF.

UPUTSTVA ZA UPOTREBU
MONTAA

Drei glavu cevi i unosei ga u ulaznom otvoru sa jedne strane jednom rukom, postavite dugme
za blokiranje u rupu sa bone strane kuita motora, steui ga u smeru kazaljka na satu da
biste zatitili glavu (slika 2). 2).

Unesite spiralu za mlevenje u cev, sa debljim krajnikom unapred, i polako ga okrenite sve dok se
ne fiksira u kuitu motora (slika 3).

Stavite no na osi spirale za mlevenje, sa noem

postavljenim unapred, kao u slici 4. Ako nije postavljen
u skladu, meso nee biti mleveno.

Nakon toga postavite sito eljene veliine pored noa,

privravanjem rupa izpupenih. (slika 5)

Naklonite ili pritisnite centar sita za seckanje jednim

prstom, nakon toga zavrnite prsten za fiksiranje kojeg
vrsto drite drugom rukom (slika 6). Ne steite
prejako.

Postavite posluavnik na glavu cevi i privrstite ga.

Postavite ureaj za mlevenje na stabilnu povrinu.

Vazduni kanal ispod aparata / ureaja i sa bone

strane kuita motora ne smeju biti blokirani.

SECKANJE MESA

Isecite svo meso u komade (Preoporuuje se da,

nakon otklanjanja kostiju, hrskavice i tetiva, meso
bude iseckano na trake veliine otprilike od 20 mm x
20 mm x 60 mm), kako bi lake ulo kroz otvor tacne /
posluavnika.

Ubacite utika u utinicu i zamenite dugme R / ON na poloaj "ON", nakon toga postavite
dugme ON/OFF/ Reverse na poloaj ON.

Stavite meso na tacni / posluavniku. Koristite samo ureaj za guranje (slika 7).

Nakon upotrebe, iskljuite ureaj i izvucite utika iz utinice.

FUNKCIJA REVERSE

U sluaju da je blokiran, iskljuite ureaj time to ete pritisnuti dugme R / ON u poloaju "R" i
dugme ON/OFF/ Reverse u poloaju "R".

Spirala za seckanje vrtie se u suprotnom smeru, a glava cevi e se isprazniti.

U sluaju da ne funkcionie, iskljuite ureaj i oistite ga.

PRIPREMA KOBASICA

Pre nego to ponete sa pripremom, molimo vas da ugradite dodatnu opremu za kobasice, kao
to je prikazano u slici 11.

Postavite zavtrtanj za fiksiranje na membrani okvir (slika A).

Ubacite podesivi vijak na prednjoj strani

konusa - okvir. (slika B)

Ugradite dodatnu opremu kao to je

prikazano na slici C.

Postavite dodatne posude ispod opreme

za ceenje paradajza, kao to je
prikazano na slici D, da bi prikupili sok i
otpadke. Paradajze isecite na komade
veliine komada mesa koji slede da
budu mleveni, a nakon toga neno
pritisnite na njih, tako da e u tom
sluaju radno vreme postati krae.

Podesite spiralu da bi dobili sok manje ili

vie gust.

Rasklopite i oistite sokovnik za

Ugradite dodatne opreme reza, seckalica ili seka na trake na glavi za seenje. Napomena:

Onda kada seete, prebacite dugme I/II u poloaju I a dugme ON/0/R u poloaju ON. Stavite
povre u glavi za seenje, nakon toga neno pritisnite pomou ureaja za potiskivanje (cnaga

IENJE

Uklonite ostatke mesa, itd. Operite svaki deo ureaja sa

toplom vodom i deterdentom.

Upotreba rastvora za ienje zasnovanih na hlor e obezbojiti aluminijske povrine

Ne potapajte kuite motora u vodu, ve ga samo obriite vlanom krpom.

Razblaivai i supstance na bazi petroleja dovee do pukotina i promene boje ureaja.

Obriite sve delove za seenje jednom natopljenom krpom u biljno ulje.

Operite sve metalne delove u vodi na temperaturi ispod 50 stepeni Celsius i osuite ih. U sluaju
da se ureaj ne koristi due vreme, obriite ih jednom natopljenom krpom u biljno ulje.
