LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

ERINE SALVE BEAUVOIR- SARTRE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
I, ERINE SALVE BEAUVOIR- SARTRE, of legal age, married, and a
resident of Vallehermoso, Carmen, Bohol, Philippines, being of sound and
disposing mind and memory, and not acting under undue influence, violence,
fraud, or intimidation of whatever kind do by these presents declare this to be
my Last Will and Testament which I have caused to be written in English, the
language which is known to me. And I hereby declare that:
I. I desire that my remains be buried according to the rites of the Roman
Catholic Church and with dignity suitable to my circumstances, and interred at
our family mausoleum in Angels Sepulcher Fortress in Bugtongbod, Clarin,
Bohol;
II. To my beloved husband, BENEDICTE BARNABAS CLAUDE
SARTRE, I give and bequeath my exclusive real property, located at Monte
Suerte, Carmen, Province of Bohol, together with all the improvements thereon,
furniture and fixtures, particularly described as follows to wit;

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 11994

A parcel of land (Lot No. 11994 of the Cadastral Survey of
Carmen, Island of Bohol, Cad. Case No. N-2, LRC Cad. Rec. No. N-318)
situated in Monte Suerte, Carmen, Province of Bohol. Bounded on the
NE., points 5-6 by Lot No. 11993; on the SE., points 6-7-1 by Lot No.
11980 on the W., points 1-2 by Lot No. 11990; on the NW., points 2-4 by
Lot No. 11992 and points 4-5 by Lot 11988. xxxxxx x x xx x xxxxx
containing an area of SIX THOUSAND FIFTEEN (6,015) SQUARE
METERS more or less.........

III. To my only daughter, REYNA WANDA SABRINA BEAUVOIR

SARTRE, single, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of Vallehermoso,
Carmen, Bohol, Philippines, I give and bequeath the following my
exclusive real properties and personal properties to wit:

III. I give and bequeath to my dear siblings, GABIN CALVIN IGNACE

BEAUVOIR, single and INES RENEE KATARIN BEAUVOIR, single, both
Filipinos of legal ages, and all residents of Vallehermoso, Carmen, Bohol,
Philippines, my personal properties, in equal shares (pro indiviso), consisting of:
a. My 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO with Plate Number KAT 123;
b. My 2014

c. My US Dollar deposit worth SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND

DOLLARS ($700,000.00), with Account Number: 1431-5672-8
deposited at Tomorrow Bank, Quezon City, Philippines;
d. My Peso deposit worth FIFTY MILLION PESOS (Php 50,000,000.00),
with Account Number: 8989-9493-1, deposited at Secret Bank,
Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines;

IV. I designate my cousin ATTY. CLEMENT CORNEILLE BEAUVOIR, as
the sole executor and administrator of my Last Will and Testament, and in his
default or incapacity to act, I name and designate my second cousin DR. ENZO
ELOI BEAUVOIR as his substitute.
V. I hereby direct that the executor named herein or his lawful substitute
should serve without bond.
VI. In the event that BENEDICTE BARNABAS CLAUDE SARTRE,
REYNA WANDA SABRINA BEAUVOIR SARTRE, GABIN CALVIN IGNACE
BEAUVOIR, and INES RENEE KATARIN BEAUVOIR, predecease me, then
subject properties shall go to their children, by representation.
VII. I hereby revoke any and all my other wills, codicils, or testamentary
dispositions heretofore executed, signed, or published, or alleged to have been
executed, signed or published, by me.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 01 December
2015 at Tagbilaran City, Philippines.

ATTESTATION CLAUSE
We, the undersigned attesting witnesses, whose residences are stated
opposite our respective names, do hereby certify: That the testator ERINE
SALVE BEAUVOIR-SARTRE has published unto us the foregoing Last Will and
Testament, consisting of four (4) pages numbered correlatively on the upper part
of each page, as her Last Will and Testament and has signed the same and every
page thereof, on the left hand margin, in our joint presence and we, in turn, at the
testators behest have witnessed and signed the same and every page thereof, on
the left margin, in the presence of the testator and of the notary public, this 01
day of December, 2015 at Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines.

margin of each and every page thereof by the testator and his witnesses, and
sealed with my notarial seal.
