1.0PURPOSE
ThisCircularisissuedtoprovideforanamendeddresscodeto
bewornbyallPAOfemaleemployeestogetherwithitsimplementing
guidelinesinaccordancewithexistingCSCissuancesrelativethereto.
2.0AMENDEDDRESSCODEOFOFFICEATTIREFORALLPAO
FEMALEEMPLOYEES
SKIRTANDBLOUSECOMBINATION
Colorofblouseshallbewhite,cream,flesh,champagneorecru.
Blouseshallbewithcollarandsleeves.
Anycolorofskirtisallowedaslongasitisplainandsingle
color.
Anycutfortheskirtisallowed.
Lengthofskirtshallbekneelengthorbelowtheknee.
Noslitwhichexposesthethighareashallbeallowed.
Anycolor(plainorprinted)blazerisallowedwiththeskirtand
blousecombination.
Anycolorofshoesisallowedaslongasitisclosedandsingle
color.
DRESSANDBLAZERCOMBINATION
Anycolorofdressisallowedaslongasitisplainandsingle
color.
Lengthofdressshallbekneelengthorbelowtheknee
Whenwearingadressitshallbeaccompaniedbyablazer.
Onlyaplainwhite/dirtywhite/creamblazerwithcollaris
allowedtobewornwiththedress.

3.0SLACKS/PANTSNOLONGERALLOWED
Wearingofslacks/pantsshallnolongerbeallowedtoallPAO
femaleemployeesexceptwheretheemployeeconcernedhas
requestedforanexemptionundersomevalidreasons,suchas
physicaldisability,LGBT(Lesbian,Gay,BisexualorTransgender),etc.
4.0OFFICEATTIREFORALLPAOMALEEMPLOYEES
AllPAOmaleemployeesshallcontinuouslyobservethecolor
codingschedulespecifiedunderMemorandumCircularNo.002,
Seriesof2013,asindicatedbelow:
Colorofpolobarong/poloshallbewhite,cream,flesh,champagne
orecru.
Colorofpants/slacksshallbeblack,darkbrownordarkgray.
Colorofshoesshallbeplainblackordarkbrown.
Printedpolobarong/poloisnotallowed.
Anyembroidereddesignonapolobarong/poloisallowed.
Maleemployeesmaywearacolorcodedlongorshortsleevespolo
butitshallbewornwithanappropriatenecktie.Wearingofacoat
isoptional.
5.0REPEALINGCLAUSE
Allpriorissuancesinconsistentherewitharehereby
revoked/amended/modifiedaccordingly.
6.0EFFECTIVITY
ThisCircularshalltakeeffectMay4,2015andshallremainin
forceuntilfurtherorders.
TheconcernedRegionalPublicAttorney,RegionalOfficerin
Charge,DistrictPublicAttorney,DistrictOfficerinChargeand
AdministrativeOfficerV/ordesigneeofeachregionshallbe
responsiblefortheproperdisseminationofthisCircularintheir
respectivejurisdiction.Theyarealsoenjoinedtopostthisissuanceat
theirrespectivebulletinboardandofficepremises.

FailureonthepartoftheaforesaidRegionalOfficerstoproperly
disseminatethisissuanceshallsubjectthemtoappropriate
administrativesanction.
