How to Read Your E.mploee's (or 5oss's) Face
The following Facial Features will tell a manager how his employee will:

Interact with other team members

Approach a new project

Adhere to company's guidelines

Be able to work independently

Best be guide by you

Note: Although there are thousands of Facial Features, some will impact business
and work more than others. Those are the ones I've chosen below. Do remember to
combine all the features to make a complete character analysis of a person.

he gets the understanding of how to format
the pieces. Let him work independently and
report back to you. Let him know which
parts of the puzzle are important/or not.

He can do great PR work and is an excellent


fund raiser or morale booster. Make sure
he documents his time and stays focused
by reporting on project developments. Talk
over your vision for the company with him
and brain storm project ideas. He'll have
many.
