Cozad Community Schools I teach 6 and 7 grade regular education math classes as well as an inclusion
math class for each grade level. I utilize the 1-1 iPads the school provides all of our students. As a Google
school, I have learned how to use and manage many Google apps to help with collaboration between
students, staff, parents, and administration.

Cozad Community Schools I represent the secondary math teachers by serving as the liaison between
them and the Superintendent about their concerns for the curriculum, instruction, and professional
development. As a team member I am in charge of overseeing the math curriculum is updated frequently.

Cozad Community Schools I help bring outside connections, ideas, tools, and teaching strategies to the
Cozad staff. As a representative, I serve as a learning coach to the middle school staff members in my
building in the effort to integrate new teaching strategies using innovative tools.

Cozad Community Schools I am in charge of organizing meetings where teachers express their concerns
for students who are struggling academically and behaviorally. I work with the teachers, parents, principal,
and the guidance councilor to make successful decisions when suggesting students be included in the
special education program to be better supported with their education.

MSD Wayne Township, Lynhurst 7 and 8 grade Center I taught 7th grade math for 8 weeks. I developed
and implemented my own lesson plans for an extremely diverse group of students. The low-income area
presented a huge impact on my view for the importance of education.
