Smartforms are divided in 3 parts as below:

Styles in Smartforms: Styles are created in organization to have uniformity over the entire
organization. In Styles we can define font styles for Header Data, Paragraph Formats and
Character formats. Details for each style as below
Header Data: In this section user can define Font type, size for Header section in smartforms. If
standard paragraph is defined then that appear in dropdown list of Standard Paragraphs.

Paragraph Formats: This defines the Indent , Spacing , Text flow, Font size. Creation of New
Paragraph format as below
Place cursor at Paragraph Formats > Click on Create Node

Character Formats: User can format character fields, Font, Standard Settings. Creation steps as
below
Place cursor at Character Formats > Click on Create Node

Bar code section: In this user can select the Format Type and accordingly width and Height will be
modified, If user dont want to create style for Bar Code , then select Blank value in dropdown.

Font type selection :

Once Style is created activate the style, so that we can use the same in smartforms.

Using Style in Smartforms as below :

1) Create smartforms
2) In Output Options > style > Select the style which you have created.
