Before going to sleep, I read a bit of "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming", and then did my
"Emerging with the Divine Berings" ritual. Went to sleep in the night around 03:00 listening to
Gateway Experience "Orientation" track as I drifted away. Woke up sometime in the night and
remembered some dreams, but was too tired to get on the computer to write them down.
Remembered some more dreams once again when waking up a bit later, but yet again I went back to
sleep. Have some sensations of having been flying, part of some TV-show or dream related to some
TV-show, "Heroes" comes to mind.
At 11:00 I woke up from a voice, female, gently saying out my name "Alex". Waking up by
someone calling out my name has happened about 3-4 times the last couple weeks now. Voice is
clear, vivid and very real, but no one is here.
January 09, 2016:
Went to bed around 03:00 after watching some tv-shows. Had been drinking a beer that night, and
took 1 lorazepam 2mg, and one valium 10mg in night before sleeping.
Drm 1: Witchbrew in tent:
I was in a tent making some witch brew, drinking it, and it gave different effects. Think I
was with my brother. One effect was that the world turned up-side down through my eyes, other
effect was similar but the ground was correctly aligned and only everything above it and the horizon
was up-side down in my field of view. I was complaining about these effects to the person that was
with me in the tent we were making this witch brew, think it was my brother.
Drm 2: Tore calls:
The father of my first girlfriend called me on my cell-phone. I was busy talking or arguing
about something with someone else at the moment and didnt answer him properly. He asked if it
was better that he called back at a later time, and I said that yes, it would be better if he called me
up later because it was not a good time to talk right now.
Drm 3: Nicoali & Xanax
I dreamt my brother Nicolai was taking Xanax (Alprazolam) for something. Do not
remember much more about why or any other details.
Drm 4: Exploding stadium
A stadium exploded somewhere. Seemed to be a terror attack by a bomb planted there. Do
not remember more details.
Drm 5:In the toilet with my brother
I was in the toilet, and my brother was shitting while someone else (I think it was me) was
sitting next to him talking with him. I was taking a shower while listening to them (I was in 2 places
at once?). I remember he talked something about some movies, then also about it being easier to
just wash the hands in the toilet when flushing down. I thought about how unhygenic that would be.
Drm 6: Dreaming about researching dream times
I was checking some computer charts that apparently had measured at what times I had been
dreaming, so I could try to get myself to wake up at those times by alarm clock to remember dreams

better and write them down. I remember the hour 3 popping up some times there.
January 10, 2016:
Dream1:
Dreamt I was with some black boy and some other people. The black boy had eaten a somadril
(soma) and was very wasted. The other people asked me how come he was so affected by only a
somadril. I told them it had to be because he was very sensitive to the substance.
Dream 2:
Something about UFOs, star-like lights shining and moving around in the sky, many playing
together. Similar to something I have seen for real in the past a couple times.
