OUR SENSES

1.1: THE
SENSORY

What is sensory organ?

Sensory organ is a part of the
body which can detect the
surroundings and send the
information to the brain.

Nerves

When a stimulus stimulated the receptors,

receptors will send out a nervous
impulse along the nerves to the brain.
The brain interprets the impulse and
recognise the stimulus.
The impulse is send to the effector
(muscle) to do action / response.
