One (1) copy of the Special Powers of Attorney (SPA) of John Basil Y.
Manuel, Jr. to serve proof of being the Attorney-in-fact of the LESSOR.
In addition, this also serves as proof that I, Raiza Marie Caluag Buela, appeared
personally and agreed to the terms and conditions of the Contract of Lease discussed
by the LESSORs Attorney-in-fact. Furthermore, this serves proof that I gave the
following to her Attorney-in-fact:
1. Two (2) checks: One (1) dated check with the amount equivalent to ELEVEN
THOUSAND PESOS (Php 11,000.00) and One (1) post dated check with the same
amount of ELEVEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php 11, 000.00).
