PHATAPHYSIOLOGY:

In Guillain Barre Syndrome, the myelin Qheath Surrounding the axon is lost.
Demyelination is common response of heural tissue to many agent &
conditions, including physical trauma, hupoxemia, toxic chemicals, vascular
insufficience & immunological reactions.
Loss of myelin sheath in Gaillian Barre Syndrome make never impulse
transmission aborted.
Probably a cell mediated immune response to preceding infection.
