Just got guidance from C2 on this --- he doesn’t want S1 forwarding letter from CBP --- would be
clunky.

We should convert C2 letter into S1 letter and reference attached letter from ACOE.

Does that make sense?

Given that, I’m not going to do the S1 cover letter. Let me know if that’s going to work for you in our
timeframes.
