I agree with Dr. Schmidt in that .5” x 1” will not make a difference. We stick to the 8.5 x 11’ opening.

Gents,
(b) (6) is asking to see how RGV feels about having an 9” X 12” critter hole on the fence design
(assuming that we opt for a Jersey type barrier or other similar design). That is their view. Look at the
emails below and let me know what RGV thinks. Thanks.

Not sure if you are aware of all that has gone on about the potential holes needed in the RGV fence to
allow ocelot and jaguarandi to get through and still keep people out.

OBP (b) (6) proposed 8.5" x 11" opening but FWS has now come back with 9 x 12. Can
OBP live with that??
