GOAL SETTING
1. What are your goals for your future?

My short term goals are relatively simple, I wish to improve upon my physical fitness, stay focused in my
academics, and maintain humility while doing so. Both my short term and long term goals go hand in hand; I
trust that achieving your short term goals should bring you closer to achieving your long term. This is not to
say that there aren't any tasks to fulfill on the way, it's just my way of communicating that I choose to have
large goals. I believe that if one chooses to have goals that are larger than the difficulties faced on the way
towards them, then the "achieving" part of it all is ten times more worth it especially when those goals
correlate with your passions and interests. Because of my loves for analyzation, expression, and
improvement, I wish to pursue something in the field of physical and physiological health in my education.
As for my previously stated long term goal, I just want to do my best to become the greatest version of
myself that I can be, giving to the world as much as I can of my abilities and passions. Despite it being a
general kind of goal, I've always believed that through achieving it, I will be able to more efficiently give back
to both my community as well as the world. Naturally, I feel that my purpose on this planet is to impact others
with the abilities I strive to hone. Whether it is inspiring just one person through an act of kindness, or
rehabilitating hundreds of patients as a result of my career, I wish to affect and hopefully improve the lives of
others to the best of my ability.
