Currently responsible for overseeing the budget and operations of all of The Bolles Schools after school
programs, club sports, summer programs, facility rentals, and the creation of a teacher development institute.

Coordinated and led all athletic teams from February 2015 to present
Developed hiring process, evaluation process for coaches and programs, as well as made personnel
decisions on retaining and/or relieving coaches for all 19 sports programs at Lake Worth Christian

compete at a high level every game
Worked with the middle school basketball team to prepare the middle school players to be

Helped coach two players onto the Second Team All-County team, as they both averaged over 17
ppg, 3 threes per game, and over 4 assists per game
Champions of the Royal Palm Beach HS Wildcat Holiday Classic which featured 3 wins over large
public schools, with the last 2 wins coming against top teams in the state

Provide instruction to three levels of World History classes. Develop AP World History lesson plans based on dense
subject matter driven by the AP College Board standards. Utilize the Diocesan World History standards and guidelines for
the Honors and Standard level world history classes. Goal is to develop and deliver engaging teaching methods for a wide
array of learning styles present in my class.
Successfully led 100% of my students in my AP World History course to a passing score on the AP College
Board World History Examination

I took over a team that had won a combined 8 games the previous 3 years, with a number of players not winning a game
as a member of a basketball team at any level. Worked hard to change the culture in one year by implementing new skill
development regiments, more tactics geared towards their skills, and a rigorous practice mentality.
Led team to its highest win total in the last 4 years with only 1 senior on roster
Team finished the season in the top 12 in Duval County in overall team defense
Team GPA finished above a 3.3 GPA
Hired all new JV coaches and Varsity assistant coaches to develop new basketball program expectations that
the school had never experienced
