Abstract
Introduction
Business process outsourcing simply means outsourcing the process of the business
which is not the core activity of the business to improve the productivity of the
process and save cost and time.

The Purpose of the Research

The purpose of the research is to find out the answers to the following questions-:

What is the attitude of Government with regard to BPO Industry?

What are the basic problems faced by BPO Industry?
What are the factors which lead to efficient running of BPO?
Possible root cause of the problem faced by BPO industry and their impact on
the organisation.

Objective of the Study

Specifically the study aims at:

To give an insight into the concept and process of BPO Industry.

To make proper suggestion for bringing about the improvement in the
productivity of BPO.
Identify the various problems faced by BPO industry and how to overcome
those problems.
