PCR is a medium-sized company based in Germany which produces software

solutions for banks. It has acquired a new cliente, a large and well stablished bank
in Malaysia, but since the contract was signed, around na year ago, very little
progress has been made.
PCR employees who are working on this project are feeling demotivated and
frustrared because the transer from the old system to the new one, what can also
be called the cut over
