I. OBSERVER TEAM & SCHEDULE

15 Teams has been determined and all

observers were agree with the
arrangement.

One participant suggested revising the

observation schedule. All teams will
have same break period after
conducting the observation.
There are three teams will conduct
observation at each day.

II. OBSERVATION EXECUTION

The top name on every team (see team

list) will act as chairman with
responsible;
- To ensure the observation
schedule time and inform all
team members and BBS
controller (Mr. Rudi/HSE)
- To ensure other members
involve in observation activity
- To submit the observed card to
BBS controller
- To inform BBS controller if any
revised schedule (expectation
in one day advanced)
The observation time at each day will
be determined by the team chairman.
Team chairman will inform BBS
controller for the observation team.
DiGiSi personnel (Mr. Achmad Efendi)
will be attached to all the team when
conducting the observation activity.

Every team shall issue minimum three

observation cards per day activity. Total
three cards shall be submitted to BBS
controller per day.
