JOINT AFFIDAVIT IN SUPPORT OF FREE PATENT APPLICATION
We, GREGORIO BULUSAN and FERDINAND A. DOMINGO, both
Filipinos, of legal age, married and residents of Mission, Sta. Teresita,
Cagayan, having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose
and state:
1.

That we both personally know CECLIA MADRID PAGADOR who

filed her Free Patent Application No. ____________________ for a tract
of land located in the Municipality of Sta. Teresita, Province of
Cagayan;

2.

That we are actual residents of the said municipality of Sta. Teresita,

Province of Cagayan;

3.

That the said applicant has continuously occupied and cultivated the
land himself and/or thru predecessors-in-interest since April 1960 or
prior thereto and it is free from claims and conflicts;

4.

That we are not related to the Applicant either by consaguinity or

affinity and we are not personally interested in the land applied for in
the granted of the patent; and

5.

That the best of our knowledge, belief and information, the applicant
is a natural born citizen of the Philippines and is not the owner of
more than twelve (12) hectares of land in the Philippines.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands and signed

this Affidavit this 14th day of February 2016, at Buguey, Cagayan, Philippines.
