Recommendations For Plan

Plan specific professional development that is aligned with technology standards and
that is aligned with the goals mentioned in the technology plan.
Include a more detailed budget that plans for ongoing repairs.
Evaluate the current budget and what needs to change to ensure that the current
technology plan can be implemented.
Include a plan for ongoing evaluation that ensures that the plan is being implemented
appropriately.
State how often an evaluation of the plan will take place.
Include an assessment that evaluates the current inventory of hardware, software, and
telecommunications.
Develop a plan for what the next call of action will be if the assessments fail to meet the
standards.
The plan needs to explicitly state how it will accommodate students with disabilities. Will
these students have access to the technology?
The Director of Technology and Technology Coordinator are responsible for the work
that needs to done to implement this plan. There needs to be more shared responsibility
to ensure everything is being done on time.
