Subject: Investigation on the Water Consumption Bill for BLD No. 105

Respected Madam,
With due respect and humble submission, I a resident of building number 105, would like to lay down
the following report on water consumption bill.
Its been my observation that water consumption according to the bill is relevantly higher than the
realistic amount, to evidently present I have made an account on water consumption at ideal condition
i.e. no office goers in the building and regular periodic water consumption pattern.

As shown in above account that to the maximum consumption, not considering
irregular consumption, is only 158.565 cubic meter per month.
Hence, I feel that there is an escalation in the bill, due to which the residential
personnel are having to pay for more than what they consume.
Thus, I request concerned authority to kindly look upon the issue and clarify the
water consumption bill.
