EXPERIENCE
Dental Office Front Desk- Receptionist (Summer Intern) June 2011- September 2011 at
Ivy Endodontic Group Garden Grove, CA

At the front desk, I worked on the computer by signing in patients and asking them to fill out registration
forms. I collected their co-payment and made sure the patient's insurance covered part of the root canal bill.
I picked up incoming phone calls from patients and other general dental offices who were referring patients
to Ivy Endodontic Group. I made referral cards and printed out X-rays of before and after shots of the root

into Microsoft and Excel about the dental procedures.
