Course Policies
Attendance and Promptness:
This is a hands-on activity based course. Many of the exercises, activities, and projects in my class take up an entire period or
longer. Attendance and promptness are vital to the successful completion of this class. We think of our technology classes as a
business. If you do not show up for work or are late repeatedly you will be fired, so we have strict rules for attendance and tardiness.
You can find more information about tardies in the school handbook
Makeup work/tests/quiz
If a student has missed a day of school and has an excused absence, he or she may make up the work when they return to
school. This is also true when making up tests and quizzes. If the student has an unexcused absence, the work may not be made up and
the student will receive a zero for the work that he or she missed.
