Thismayinclude,taking
possessionoftheitem(s)forsale,qualityinspectionandcleaning/touchupofitem(s)if
necessary,photography/imagehostinganddescriptionofitem(s),correspondencewith
bidders,followup,andshipping.Consignorwillreceivetheircommissiononsoldmerchandise
14daysafteranitemhasbeensoldorwhenabidderpaysforanitem(s),whateverissooner.
Consignorhasthechoiceofreceivingonelargepaymentforpreviousitemssoldorindividual
payments.

doesNOTchargelistingfeesonLiveAuctioneers.
GreenHillAuctions
cant
guaranteerealizedauctionprices.

Shipping
Ifrequired,shippingisprovidedatnoextrachargeforconsignors.

Accounting
GreenHillAuctions
shallfurnishtheConsignorwithallaccountingrecordspertainingto
ConsignorsaccountattheConsignor'srequest.Weshallmaintainaccuratebooksand
documentationwithrespecttoalltransactionsenteredintoonbehalfoftheConsignor.

LossorDamage
GreenHillAuctions
shallmakeeveryefforttosafeguardconsigneditem(s)howeverallrisksof
fire,theft,flood,accidentaldamageorbreakage,anyactsofnatureresultingoranydamageto
thepropertydeliveredunderthisagreementshallberetainedbytheConsignorandthe
ConsignorshallkeepsuchpropertyfullyinsuredattheexpenseoftheConsignorandforthe
benefitofandinthenameoftheConsignor.

Ownership
Consignoratteststhattheyhavelegaltitletoandareinlegalpossessionofallitemsandthat
which
GreenHillAuctions
istosellonline.If
GreenHillAuctions
isunabletomakeemail,
phoneormailcontactwithConsignerafteranauctioniscompleted,anyremainingitemsin
GreenHillAuctions
possessionwhichhavebeenabandonedbyconsignorbecome
GreenHill
Auctions
ownershipafter45days.

Bothpartieshavereadandunderstandallstatementsincludedinthisagreement.This
agreementmaynotberevisedoramendedwithoutthewrittenconsentofboththeConsignor
and
GreenHillAuctions
.
