it can guard places where there is a high possibility of getting robbed it can also
trackthe criminals better than a policeman,and can prevent a police man getting killed.

It can be for both, For military the robots can take the place of the soldiers and prevent
families from losing their love ones, and for community to stop and prevent crimes and

Business summary
BUSINESS PLAN:Our business plan is to create a robot to assure security in your houses and
in the businesses and maybe later on create some robots to help the military by being in the field
saving more lives that way. I will create my business by starting small, hiring people of trust
that wouldn't mind being paid a little amount of money for a temporary for then the business
can grow and grow with employment.

Organizational matters
BUSINESS OWNERSHIP: My group will only made up of a team of two people so we will split
the company in half (50% and 50%). Well both be administrators but with other roles.

MANAGEMENT:Naomi will be the supervisor and a business process analyst making sure that
everything in the company has no problem with the construction and function of the robots,
While Ill be an lead consultant and a change manager doing the outside work like hiring
employees and promotion to the company.
PERSONAL:By experience that they have working with robots, they need to learn if they don't
know already how to program a robot and how to wire.
I will probably hire people that know how to build a robot and manage technology like scientists,
engineers and computer programmers of some sort, I will technically hire persons that actually
know how to build, program, control and design.

The marketing plan

PRODUCT: Presenting that it actually works like a demonstration of a robbery or a house break
or even an attack.
If we show that it actually works we can get advertising and that will promote people to buy one
or even consider it and that way the word would get out that it works and it's safe so then people
will buy and the businesses will go up, we can even deliver directly to your house for free
depending how far you are from the company.
FEATURES:I say people should buy our product for safety because there are persons in this
world that need money, those persons will do anything to get that money so they will try to steal
from a house or a business that's where our invention comes in to protect from that to happen.
Our service is clean and fair we can deliver to your house if you can not go and pick it up and if it
comes out defective(which might never happen but if it does we will run a test to see if it was
cause by interfering with the wiring) we will take it back, but will only be if it before 10 days of
purchasing it, but if it has a bump or something broke it has a 1 year guarantee.
CUSTOMERS: Our targets for selling our invention is technically to everyone but it will be more
to companies either big or small this way they know they can ensure security to their money or
whatever that want to protect from being stolen.

The financial plan

MONEY NEEDS: We think it will be a LOT of money because we will have to make
prototypes and if they don't work we will have to keep trying which will be estimating like
10,000, probably just to make one prototype.
We will borrow it from the bank or saving with borrowing from friends that will like to invest in
our project we will raise the money by also doing probably charity.
We will convince the banks/inverters to borrow us money to do our project/business by
demonstrating virtually what our robot can do and by maybe giving them one when we start
selling a lot of them.
