Dear Students and Families,

Happy New Year! My name is Jillian Goltz, and I will be the
student teacher in Mrs. Trinkles classroom until the beginning of
May. I am excited to be a part of your classroom and school
community at Upper Darby Kindergarten Center!
For the past three years, I have been a graduate student at
West Chester University in the Post-Baccalaureate PreK-4 th grade
teacher certification program. I have a Bachelors Degree from
Penn State University in Human Development and Family Studies.
I have worked with children ever since tenth grade in school
settings or childrens hospitals. Up until this point, I worked as a
head teacher in a preschool. I have always wanted to do more in
education and becoming a certified teacher is my ultimate goal to
do that!
As I am student teaching now, I will not be working at the
preschool but rather focusing my attention on this experience! I
am looking forward to getting to know all of you. I have always
enjoyed seeing children learn and get it. For me, being a part of
that experience is very rewarding. Thank you for allowing me to
join your classroom family!
