General:
1. PuppymustbeexaminedbyalicensedVeterinarianwithin72
hoursofreceipt(atbuyersexpense).Ifthevetfindsthepuppyto
bemedicallydeficientwithalifethreateningorseriousconcern,
thebreeder'svetwillexaminethepuppyandbothmustagreeon
theproblem.Upontheconditionthatthepuppyreceivedgood
carewhileinthebuyerspossession,thebreedersreservesthe
righttoreplacethepuppy.Breederguaranteesahealthypupat
thetimeofpurchase.
2. Ourbreedinganimalsarescreenedforhereditaryeye,thyroid,
heartandhip/elbowrelatedproblems.Bothparentshavebeen
testedthroughOFFAandhavetheirCHICnumbers.Shouldpupbe
diagnosedwithahereditarydefectoftheeyes,heartorhipswithin
thefirstyearofhis/herlife,thebreederwillreplacethepupwitha
newpupofequalvaluedependingonavailability(limitonepuppy).
Undernocircumstanceswillthebreederberesponsibleforcosts
incurred(veterinaryorotherwise)whilethepupwasinthecareof
thepurchaser.Atnotimeandundernocircumstanceswillthe
breederberesponsibleformoremoniesthantheoriginalpurchase
price.
3. Buyeragreestocontinuewiththevaccinationandworming(such
asHeartguard)scheduleprovidedbythebreederatpickup.Buyer
alsoagreestoprovideagoodqualitynutritionalregimentothe
puppyandfollowproperfeedingguidelines.Foodforthepuppy
shouldbeahighqualitydogfoodcontainingnomorethan24%
protein,13%fat,1.9%calciumand0.9%phosphorus.Feeding
higherprotein,calciumandphosphoruscontentcausesthepuppy
togrowtoofastandmakesthempronetohipdysplasia.

anymanner.Thedogistobeprovidedwithaccesstoshelteratall
times.
Breederstatesthatallpuppiesarehappyandwelladjusted.
Temperamentisnotguaranteed;however,allpuppiesarehandled
frombirthandhavebeenexposedtostimulationtherapyaspartof
aresponsiblebreedingprogram.
Allpuppiesarebeingsoldonalimitedregistrationbasisunless
