This letter is to inform you that based upon the events of XXXXX 2, 20XX and
the subsequent investigation by Zumbrota-Mazeppa Public Schools that you are
dismissed from your position as a 7-12 paraprofessional effective immediately.
Your dismissal is in reference to Article XII, Section I of the paraprofessional
contract on page ten of the 2014-16 non-certified memorandum, which states
reasons for discharge or dismissal: failure to perform duties assigned, or affairs
involving moral turpitude.
Per your dismissal, you will be compensated for unused leave days.
