We are writing you this letter upon the instruction of our client
Ms. Zenaida Biagtan Mangonon of Brgy. Embarcadero regarding her
complaint against Mr. Rodel Hernandez for trespass to dwelling.
According to our client, you refused to hear her complaint against
Mr. Hernandez and even settled the same without her consent.
We are therefore requesting your good office to act upon her
complaint and/or issue a certificate to file action should the parties
fail to settle after undergoing proper barangay conciliation
proceedings.
