SECOND ANNOUNCEMENT
Dear Caver friends!
The Organizing Committee of 10-th Jubilee Balkan Cavers Camp is happy
to inform you that as result of First Bird registration campaign, 90 cavers
from
Bulgaria, Germany, Greece, FYR Macedonia, Moldova, Poland,
Romania, Turkey and Ukraine have registered to take part in the event!
Accommodation
We would like to inform you that all rooms in the nearest to the camp
place hut Ledenika were already booked! The second nearest place for
accommodation is the Rest House Gorski Dom or Family hotel Momina
Sulza.

situated about 5 km far from the speleo camp.
Presentations
The daily evening program from 21 st to 24th June includes presentations!
All who intent to present their organization, expedition, innovation, slide
show or caving movie, are kindly invited to fulfill and send us the
forwarded application. The presentations should be done on
Microsoft
Office Power Point the lowest version admissible version is PP-2007!
Please have in mind that the duration of presentation should be no longer
than 25 minutes. Deadline for application is 15 May 2015! Poster
presentations are also welcome. You can full fill your application on line

Insurance
By participating in the camp all participants take the responsibility for their
own safety. The participants are obliged to have valid internationally
recognized insurance policy, which covers man search, medicine
treatment and rescue costs, provided by a cave & mountaineering rescue.
The participants without such document shall not take part in official
caving trips, organised during the Camp. The organizers will take
measures to ensure the safety of the registered participants and will
organize Cave Rescue Team station on place.
National Stands
The organizers are ready to give up free of charge place for all interested
national organizations, clubs, producers of caving equipment stands with

internal dimensions 1 m wide, 1.5 m long and 2 m high where they could
present all they want, including books, magazines, t-shirts, equipment etc.
All caving organizations who want to make their own corner (spot) are
kindly invited to inform us fulfilling the same (as for the presentations)
application! Deadline for application is 15 May 2015!
Visa Formalities
The 10-th Jubilee Balkan Camp is open for all cavers! Please, check the
visa formalities for visiting Bulgaria! Those of already registered
cavers who need entry visa for Bulgaria, should send us their personal
international passport data like: full name, No of pass., date and place of
issue, home address.
The Organising Committee will appreciate all who register oneself
before to come ! Thank you for your valuable help.
