Definition of Authoritarian
An extreme form of leadership where leaders have total power over their people.
leadership style characterized by individual control over all decisions and little
input from group members.
It typically make choices based on their ideas and judgements and rarely accept
advice from followers.

Is a type of leadership style in which leaders are hands-off and allow group

She flourished in her ventures and in using her authoritarian
leadership style.

Buffet very much stays hands-off with his management style because he has
surrounded himself with people that he knows can perform their job adequately
and creatively without his help.
He intervenes only when necessary to correct a bad situation and sometimes even
allows mistakes to happen so that everyone can learn from them.
