Anamnesis

In the anamnesis can be found


gastrointestinal symptoms such as :
Dyspepsia
Heartburn
Abdominal discomfort
Nausea
Vomitting
Feeling of fullness in the abdomen

Physical examination
Inspection : inspection the patientscondition.
Appear weight loss,pale,looked in pain.
Auscultation : assessing the intestinal
peristaltic
Palpation : It can be found tenderness in the
epigastric region and can be found abdominal
distension in severe symptoms
Percussion : Hear the tympani sound at
abdomen

Supporting Examination
1. Laboratorium examination
-Endoscopy
It can be found on mucosal congestion, small
erosions and sometimes accompanied by
minor bleeding. Such lesions can be cured.
More severe lesions can be multiple erosions
and ulcers, extensive bleeding and
gastrointestinal perforation.

Histopathological examination
It can be found epithelial regeneration,
hyperplasia foveolar, edema of the lamina
propria and the expansion of smooth muscle
fibers in the direction of the mucosa. The
expansion is considered abnormal if it
reaches approximately the top third.
